Providing Local & Long Distance Medical Transportation
Started by an experienced healthcare professional, Marsha Cherubin, BSN RN, inspiration for 3 Angels Transport came in witnessing hospital patients encountering discharge problems and delays due to inadequate assisted transportation solutions. Recognizing that the elderly population in Harris and Chambers Counties will have almost doubled from 2000 to 2030 and public transportation solutions cannot accommodate the door-through-door services required to meet the needs of hospital patients and seniors in nursing homes, the decision to create a viable and reliable solution was obvious.
To help in accomplishing her vision of making 3 Angels Transport a success, Marsha turned to those whom she could trust most, her children. Also having a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, one of Marsha’s daughter’s, Nadege, is a Registered Nurse. Her second daughter, Neveeta, is a pharmacist and her son, Nevin, an Emergency Medical Technician.
Unlike other services operating as a curb-to-curb service, 3 Angels Transport is committed to safely escorting patients and clients from hospital, residence, or facility into a clean, comfortable, and ADA-compliant wheelchair accessible vehicle. At the destination, our trained staff will escort clients to check-in.
In leveraging years of professional training in the healthcare industry and in working directly with patients and those with mobility issues, 3 Angels Transport continues to build and cultivate strong relationships with area staff, patients, and families. Rather than focusing exclusively on volume and profits, 3 Angels Transport is keenly focused on providing exceptional and timely customer service with the compassion our clients and loved ones deserve.

We are continuously striving to implement effective strategies for enhanced training, integrated technologies, and managerial support and communication. Because we provide local and long distance transportation, effective planning and communication between dispatch and key facilities is paramount.
We continuously work on enhancing our scheduling and traffic management in an effort to reduce travel and wait times while increasing efficiency. We work to adapt and implement policies and procedures to support our mission, to analyze and advise on transportation issues, evaluate scheduling conflicts, negotiate and correspond with carriers, vendors, and strategic partners.
Dispatchers will receive extensive instruction on using our technological integration systems designed to support our growing scheduling and logistical demands. Dispatchers are responsible for the following:
- Customer intake
- Preparation of daily schedules and trip manifests
- Effective driver management and scheduling
- Trip management and oversight
- Coordination with facility personnel
